Due to the handcrafted nature of our business, we do not accept refunds.  With this in mind, customer service is a significant part of my business. Let's face it, without YOU - I would not have this business.  I value you as one of my customers! I value your opinion, feedback, and hope you will contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
